Modify Your Registration

You can edit your personal details or register for additional services online on or before 31st December 2024 2300 hrs (GMT+ 3). Changes after 31st December 2024 will be subject to an administrative fee of SAR 100 per delegate. All changes must be in writing; no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All cancellations and requests for refund must be in writing to technical help at 100% refund - the event technical help must receive a notification of cancellation in writing at least 30 days before the event. This will entitle the delegate to a 100% refund less an administrative fee of 35% of the total amount paid No refund - 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 30 days prior to the event date. Notifications of cancellations must be sent by email to:

Onsite Loss of Name Badges

  • Name Badges are to be worn at all times during the congress and social events.
  • Replacement for the loss of name badges onsite is charged at SAR 100 per badge.

Other IMPORTANT Terms and Conditions

  • If the payment is made after the early bird deadline the latest registration fee will be applicable and invoiced
  • If the payment is made before 10 days of the congress a proof of payment or a letter of guarantee will be required.
  • If you cannot attend the Event we are happy to accept a substitute colleague until the 30 days before the event commences date, after that all name changes can only be coordinated onsite. If you have to cancel entirely, we regret that no refunds can be made after your confirmation.
