ABOUT THE SAUDI SCIENTIFIC SOCIETY FOR HOME HEALTHCARE

The Saudi Scientific Society for Home Healthcare was established on 09/09/2021 under the decision of the Board of Trustees of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. The society aims to develop and enhance home healthcare services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by improving the quality of care provided to patients in their homes. It also seeks to support healthcare practitioners through innovative training programs and the adoption of the latest practices and innovations in the field.
The society strives to integrate all stakeholders involved in providing home healthcare, with a focus on fostering collaboration among healthcare professionals across different specialties. Additionally, it aims to raise awareness about the importance of home healthcare and its benefits for patients' health and quality of life.
As part of its objectives, the society organizes scientific conferences and training workshops to showcase the latest research and developments in home healthcare. It also launches research projects that contribute to the development of treatment and home care practices in line with the latest global standards.
